كيف تحذف حسابك وبياناتك
تطبيق «كيتو عربي (KetoArab)» يتيح لك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت بطريقتين:
- داخل التطبيق: افتح الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، واتبع التأكيد.
- بالتواصل معنا: راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد المرتبط بحسابك بطلب حذف الحساب.
ما الذي يُحذف
عند الحذف نحذف بياناتك الشخصية والصحية غير الخاضعة للاحتفاظ النظامي (مثل: الوزن والقياسات وسجلات الطعام والصور وبيانات الدورة والعادات والأهداف)، ونُجهِّل أي محتوى تمت مشاركته.
ما الذي يُحتفظ به (استثناءات نظامية)
تُستثنى السجلات التي يُلزِمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها: السجلات المالية/الضريبية (تُحفظ للمدة التي تتطلبها القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات) وسجلات الموافقة (كدليل امتثال). لا تُحذف هذه بطلب الحذف.
المدة
نعالج طلب الحذف خلال مدة معقولة (عادةً حتى 30 يومًا)، ونؤكّد لك عند الانتهاء.
How to delete your account & data
The «KetoArab» app lets you delete your account and data at any time, two ways:
- In-app: open Settings → Delete account and confirm.
- By contacting us: email [email protected] from your account email requesting deletion.
What is deleted
We delete your personal and health data not under statutory retention (e.g. weight, measurements, food logs, photos, cycle data, habits, goals) and anonymize any shared content.
What is retained (statutory exceptions)
Records we are legally required to keep are excluded: financial/tax records (retained for the period required by applicable UAE law) and consent records (as compliance evidence). These are not removed by a deletion request.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days) and confirm on completion.
